Jennifer Garner posts cute video of biz traveler dancing while on airport conf call and we can all relate

by Jeremy B

Actress Jennifer Garner apparently snuck a cute video of a business traveler stuck on a lengthy conference call at the airport…dancing to pass the time and we can all relate.

Hint: it’s her….and her assistant took it (and I think movie star counts as business traveler).

But, if I use my imagination I can picture any of us travelers getting off a flight and jumping on a funnel review with our sales manager and plowing through a nauseating sales forecast meeting before we get in our uber and head to her hotel to update Salesforce.com

“Nope, that one’s gonna role to next quarter.”

“Sorry, Dave, I am gonna need a discount on that one.”

“Yes, I updated my close dates in Salesforce.com” [hits submit on Salesforce.com update]

Droning on and on when we wish we were selling instead of doing administrivia. LOL…we can all relate (well, the sales people anyway).

Or maybe it’s her cable company and she’s stuck in an endless time loop bouncing from phone queue to phone queue and continent to continent.

But I prefer to go with my theory. As a frequent business traveler I (like many of you readers!) have spent countless hours in airports, shuttles, cabs, ubers, hotel lobbies, etc, on conference calls that drone on and on. Jennifer Garner just had the brilliant idea to get a little two-stepping in, burn some calories, pass the time, etc, while she undoubtedly signs another massive contract.

Bravo to you, Jen and to all the creative business travelers. I hope you close that deal and you manager lowers your quota (which we know won’t happen).

Peace out, folks. If you need me…I will be watching Alias reruns. 🙂
