The TSA has more than 1000 canine teams deployed at airports, mass transit, maritime and other transportation-related locations across the United States. These dogs undergo a rigorous 12-week training program to become incredibly effective at sniffing explosives or other materials.

The calendar contains 12 cute TSA canines plus a myriad of facts and figures about the TSA and their K9 program. While these dogs may look cute they serve a serious and important role in helping to secure portions of the transportation infrastructure in the United States.
