Travel recently crossed the 500k daily passengers mark – a major achievement considering how far it had fallen. We want to know when it will cross the next major threshold: 1 million daily passengers. Take our anonymous survey and call your shot on when we have 1m passengers in the air again.
The TSA has been tracking daily passengers screened since the COVID-19 crisis began where travel fell to an astonishingly low level of just under 88,000 passengers in one day in the middle of April. This was a 96% drop from the 2.2m passengers on the same equivalent day last year.
Travel has slowly been edging its way back up and recently crossed the 500,000 daily passengers mark. This is quite incredible, given it was just a few short months ago we hit all time lows. But, we want to know when will we hit 1 million daily passengers?
