Comedian Tracy Morgan was recently filmed belting out a rousing rendition of the popular U2 song “With or Without You” at the Omaha Airport while waiting for a flight.
The video, which has been going viral on various social media platforms including Twitter, TikTok and Reddit, is brief but shows the famous funny man hollering U2’s great song while waiting at his Delta Airlines gate. And, he’s doing it justice. Apparently, the man can sing!
The comedian and actor is known for being a bit of a goofball and after starring in the popular NBC sitcom 30 Rock, became a household name.
After nearly dying in a serious car accident the actor seems to be keeping a realistic perspective about life. In a recent interview with Conan O’Brien, the funny man broke down in tears when recounting the accident where a Wal-Mart truck ran into the bus he was driving in, leaving him in a coma for two weeks.
Comments on the reddit post have been all over the board, including several who were mildly irritated that no one else was joining in! Others were surprised how good his voice was and still others wondered why he wasn’t flying private (the answer, of course, is because he’s Tracy Morgan…not Jerry Seinfield).
After several years of travel chaos, some lighthearted fun is probably what we all need anyway. Right?
