Four-time Olympic Gold medalist Simone Biles was recently among several honored with a Presidential Medal of Freedom at a White House Ceremony. On her flight home, however, the famed gymnast had a funny experience when a flight attendant reportedly mistook her for a child and offered her a coloring book.

Arguably the greatest US gymnast of all time, 25-year-old Simone Biles was recently one of several honored with a Presidential Medal of Freedom at a White House ceremony. She along with fellow athlete Megan Rapineo and several other Americans were given the country’s highest civilian honor by President Joe Biden.

However, it was on her flight home that the 4′ 9″ Biles had a funny travel experience. In a story shared on her Instagram and first reported by Essentially Sports, Biles noted that the flight attendant mistook her for a child and offered her a coloring book. According to a caption on an Instagram story, Bile replied, “No, I’m good. I’m 25.”

A different flight attendant attempted to save the situation, according to Biles when they offered her a drink, but not before confirming she was indeed old enough to drink. Biles, for her part, seemed to take the slight in stride. Good for her.
