Leading funny man and action star Chris Pratt has his own Amazon store and it features, among many things, a high-end Tumi Backpack along with some funny videos. We highlight a few of the interesting travel-related things in the Chris Pratt Amazon store.
Who the heck is Chris Pratt
Chris Pratt is an actor of some repute with notable roles in shows like Parks and Recreation and as the front man in the Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic Park 26 (or one of those sequels). He’s known for being a relatively nice guy and pretty funny overall. I usually enjoy watching Pratt’s work because he doesn’t take himself too seriously.
As a funny-ish aside I once bumped into someone at the Ontario Airport who claimed to be Chris Pratt’s dad. This person new a surprising amount of detail about Chris Pratt so I started to believe him. However, when I looked Pratt’s dad up on the Internet, he’d been dead for a while…so that was kinda freaky. Stalker much?
Pratt has, of late, adopted a figure more fit for an action star than a dopey funnyman in an offbeat comedy searies. As such, much of his Amazon store is packed with workout related items. Cool, I guess.
But Pratt does have some interesting travel related gear too and since I am sure he, like many big actors, travels quite a bit, it would make sense that he’d have his own opinion on traveling. Sure enough, he does, and he even makes a funny video (with trademark Pratt humor) about using the Chris Pratt Tumi Backpack at the airport (you can watch the video by visiting his store and scrolling about halfway down the page – Amazon doesn’t allow me to embed it here, or I’d have done that).
Tumi and Pratt have teamed up to create the not-so-cheap Chris Pratt Tumi Backpack and it’s pretty cool (although I am always a bit skeptical of Tumi’s price to value ratio). One cool thing this backpack features is a charging port (charger not included). Pratt notes this in the video I mentioned earlier. The Tumi backpack is the big travel related feature in Pratt’s store.
These comfy soccer warmups are featured in Pratt’s store and are pretty sweet for travel (I can attest to this fact!). Reasonably priced.
Garmin’s vivoactive 4 is also featured in Pratt’s store and it provides travelers a classy, but highly functional watch to use when traveling to keep track of your steps, or to use while on a run on your trip.
The full title of this book is The Gift of Forgiveness: Inspiring Stories from Those Who Have Overcome the Unforgivable and this interesting book might be something worth reading on your next trip.
