It turns out that where you sit on the plane matters if you are trying to join the mile high club. At least according to one flight attendant who’s shared her best tips on how to join the elusive club without getting caught. And people have questions.
A flight attendant with the handle @cierra_mistt shared a video on TikTok where she breaks down her suggestions on travelers can join the mile high club. In her nearly minute-long video, Cierra starts by explaining why seat selection is so important. She suggests that you pick a seat near a lavatory. Her reasoning is simple: after the flight attendants complete their service, they will congregate in a common area, giving the risque couple a window to quickly sneak into a lav.
Club inductees may have 20 to 30 minutes to check the box before the flight crew comes back around to check on passengers.
She further notes that 99% of the time the flight attendants are not going to say anything – even if they see it. Whether this is true or not, remains to be seen, but that’s at least her opinion.
