Country music superstar Kacey Musgraves has filed a complaint about the alleged behavior of an American Airlines flight attendant she said was hostile. She also took to social media to share the concerns that she and many other passengers felt about the chief purser on the flight.
In a tweet shared on June 5, Country music superstar Kacey Musgraves tagged American Airlines as she unloaded on the airline for the alleged behavior on her recent flight back from Spain. She noted that it was extremely rare for her to complain about things on social media and that there other concerns going on in the world larger than this issue, but that she felt she needed to let them know.
In the post the star know for hits like “Rainbow” and “Merry go round” states that it was the “appalling and shockingly hostile behavior of a certain maile employee (the flight’s chief purser) that I will be filing a massive complaint against along with many other passengers that were subject to his extremely overblown unnecessary aggression and erratic behavior.”
She goes on to suggest that the purser made her feel unsafe and upset to the point of crying and that even other flight attendants on the crew vocalized their disbelief and struggles with him as well.
For its part, American Airlines responded publicly to the post asking Musgraves to send them a DM. “These comments concern us. Please send us a DM with your record locator and additional details.”
