In a now-viral video, passengers on a Frontier Airlines flight mercilessly roast a fellow passenger as she’s being removed from the plane. At one point, a man suggests she smells like a river rat while simultaneously boasting about the American Express in his pocket.
Air travel is weird these days. Like, really weird. In a now-viral video, a group of Frontier Airlines passengers mercilessly roast a fellow traveler who is being removed from the plane for an unknown reason.
The video, which appears to be older and likely from the COVID-era of travel (although we are uncertain), picks up with a woman marching her way up to the front of the airplane. We find out later she’s being removed from the plane for some undisclosed incident and appears to be going willingly.
As she waits for the plane door to open several passengers repeatedly lob insults at her including one gentleman who appears to have taken umbrage at her odor. He suggests she should take her “river rat smelling self” off the plane before suggesting she is wearing a wig glued on with Elmer’s glue.
In an odd twist, he then feels the need to boast about the American Express card in his pocket. Perhaps he felt guilty about the insults and needed to flex a little for his audience. The video ends with a bit of a whimper as the door opens and the woman marches off the plane without further incident.
See the video here. Warning: offensive language ahead.

Hey Jeremy,
I’m from the dirty south (southeastern USA) and I am able to provide some clearer perspective on this video. First, I can attest that the voice of the off-screen commentator in the video that you are describing as a “he” is actually that of a female. Regarding the Amex comment, the ejected individual commented on the off-screen commenter’s gold teeth. This was intended as a dig at her as being demonstrative of low class or style. The off-screen commenter fired back that the gold teeth are in fact real, and she’s packing an amex. She’s simply countering the ejectee’s implied allegations here, not “flexing” for the audience out of nowhere.
