On June 21, self described Patriotic Grunge Rock band Madison Rising shared a lengthy post on their Facebook page alleging they were subjected to “extreme harassment” by a Southwest Flight attendant on their return flight after having just played the recent Trump rally in Tulsa, OK. The entire Facebook post is shared below and the band makes some serious allegations.

Madison Rising, who claims to be America’s “most patriotic band,” on their Twitter feed is most famous for their rock inspired rendition of the National Anthem which has garnered nearly 9m views on YouTube:
Led by Air Force Veteran Rhio Hett, the band gained prominence after a stirring anthem performance at a NASCAR race. According to the bio on their website the band has opened for Lynyrd Skynard, Aerosmith and Trace Adkins as well as performed at events for the NFL and Olympics.
At the time of publication Southwest had not issued a statement regarding the alleged behavior and we only have one side of the story at this point.
Update 6/21/20 8:37 PM PT: On background, a Southwest official we contacted indicated they were unaware of any Law Enforcement Officer reports from Tulsa originated flights today. The official further indicated the company was initiating a process to learn what they can about the alleged incident.
Madison Rising indicates they intend to file a complaint through their attorney along with a formal lawsuit.
