Senator Krysten Sinema, a Democrat from Arizona, has been a frequent target from the more progressive parts of her party who are displeased with some of her more moderate views. This has led to several incidents where she is confronted in public including a new incident that occurred at the airport between her and a constituent.
The idea is simple: if we don’t like our senator’s views, let’s ambush her somewhere in public like a bathroom or an airplane, film the incident for the internet points, and grandstand a bit to make our point.
Such was the case here where Senator Sinema was confronted as she and fellow Senator Scott were walking through Washington National Airport yesterday. In this event, the young woman gently chides the senator about climate change and what she’s doing about it, notably asking her if she’s met with constituents and is willing to meet with them. And filming the entire incident
To the Senator’s credit, she largely deals with these “ambushes” pretty well, mostly ignoring them, or reminding the confronter to not touch her, or leave her alone, etc. Ironically, if the people confronting her actually wanted to meet with her they could set an appointment through her office instead of interrupting her midtravel.
Here’s the video which was posted to Twitter via the People’s Watch account:

FYI the man wearing a dark suit is Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina. He has the same voting power as Sinema, yet this activist’s focus is only on the female senator. The extreme left is trying hard to live up to the description of ecofascism.
