This airport freakout may be one of the worse we’ve ever seen. A couple has a total and complete meltdown where at one point they destroy a barrier with a metal pylon in the midst of stomping, and screaming, and crying.
The video was widely shared across social media and appears to originate from Metropoles.com. It depicts an airline check-in counter at the São Paulo Guarulhos (GRU) airport. Apparently, a flight has been delayed and this doesn’t sit well with the travelers who absolutely lose their minds in one of the worse airport / travel freakouts we’ve seen. Violence ensues, screaming, shouting, stomping…a total breakdown. See for yourself, below:
The video ends without any indication of how the passengers were ultimately dealt with. Oddly, no police arrive in the video either which is seemed like far too long for that kind of tantrum to go on without some of sort of security response.
