The world is full of creeps – we all know that far too well, but one creep was recently exposed when was busted filming upskirts of fellow passengers on his train ride. The victims force the man to delete all pictures and videos. Watch the entire encounter, from the victim’s perspective, below.

Sometimes we are reminded that the world we all live in is full of creeps and weirdos. Sadly, two women riding a train encountered just such a person when they realized a man was taking upskirt photos and videos of them.

Upon realizing what was happening the women calmly called the man out, forced him to delete the evidence, and then (and only after it was gone from his phone) did they let their anger show a bit as they demanded train security move him and that law enforcement be contacted.

Kudos to the two women for remaining calm under the circumstances, patiently walking the man through the removal process before showing their anger and asking him to leave. Had they initially approached the situation with more anger (instead of remaining calm) its likely things would have escalated before they could delete the inappropriate images. A smart, savvy move on their part, in our humble opinion.

In fact, one of the women was so patient with the man that some commenters on Reddit have suggested that she either works in technical support or should work in technical support. Considering the circumstances of what she was explaining to the man it is massively impressive how calm she remained.

They also had the wherewithal to record the entire thing (including a video of the videos on his phone – blurred out in the video they shared).

You can watch the entire encounter here which was shared to TikTok and Reddit (the video is safe for work):

While we are not lawyers, many experts suggest that taking such videos or photos is not necessarily a crime, despite how disgusting it is. Of course, some of these laws vary by state and circumstance with some states like Massachusetts taking a firmer stance. Seems like this is a legal body of work that ought to change writ large. Until then, we are reliant on publicly shaming people. It’s also a good reminder for travelers to be aware of their surroundings at all times – like these women were.
