A heartwarming video has emerged that shows a male flight attendant soothing a child and we can hardly stand it. An Air India crew member was caught in the act and the viral video is so touching. Watch it for yourself here.
Jeevan Venkatesh shared a video on his Instagram feed that has pretty much tipped the internet over at the sweet heartfelt act a flight attendant on his Air India flight did recently.
Venkatesh was traveling on Air India recently when his little girl got fussy. Air India flight attendant Neil Malkam stepped in to soothe the child patiently walking up and down the aisle with the little one on his shoulder. The sweet video touched a nerve and the video went viral racking up hundreds of thousands of views and multiple comments.
Traveling with little ones can be very difficult as children can have a hard time dealing with ear pressure. On top of that, the prospect of being in a disorienting situation such the as the hustle and bustle of travel can be hard for a little one to understand. As such, they often act out or cry – a totally normal response.
It’s sweet to see a flight attendant jump to the rescue and help calm the little one down. It’s also quite lovely to see some good travel news these days…especially in a world with plenty of bad travel news to go around.

A flight attendant at a US carrier would have threatened the parents then had the police meet the aircraft upon arrival because the baby caused a disturbance.
