“I make $200k a year,” says irate passenger. Rest of plane responds they don’t care

This passenger wants us all to know that she makes buckets of ducats. However, her fellow passengers don’t seem to care one way or the other and simply wish she’d stop yelling so the flight could get underway.

Well, it’s freaky Friday and that means it’s time for another travel freakout. Actually, these days it doesn’t even have to be Friday, just any day that ends in a “y.” Sadly, the airport and airplane drama has reached new heights during pandemic-era travel.

In this installment (see video below), we find a plane full of passengers ready to depart for a trip to Florida from the Newark Airport. However, at least two passengers are involved in a dispute of some sort with the flight crew as they are both loudly express their displeasure at whatever situation was unfolding.

Accusations of racist treatment make an appearance: “It’s cuz we’re black, right?”

But the coup de tat is the loud proclamation that one of the passengers makes $200,000 a year as if that would be the one thing that would change the flight crew’s mind.

“Why of course ma’am, our apologies We didn’t realize we’re dealing with a 200k-aire. Please accept our apologies.”

The passengers on the plane have an appropriate response, “We don’t care!” Which seems to rile one of them up as she demands to “know who said that.”

The video, which was shared to Reddit, ends with a bemused crazy-eyed fade out from the man taking the video as he undoubtedly is coming to the realization that his flight is going to be delayed even more.
