A commercial airline’s flight crew recently recorded a wild video of an unidentified flying object from the cockpit. The multicolored UFO shimmered and hovered over their plane for several minutes before disappearing into the night sky.
Recently, a flight crew from an unnamed commercial airline were flying across the state of Georgia at night when they realized they were flying under another airplane. Presumably bored, the pilots decided to film the encounter when suddenly a bizarre series of lights appeared directly between them and the other plane.
According to The Sun, the pilots were attempting to record the other plane which was heading in the opposite direction they were at about 40,000 feet when they noticed a shimmering v-shaped object.
During the encounter which lasts several minutes, the object appears to hover above the plane shimmering and blinking. The pilots recording briefly change their camera view to the cockpit and back up to the sky again to show the viewer they are in fact in the plane.
The crew can be heard muttering and commentating on the object. The video was shared to the YouTube site UFOMania where it is fast becoming a viral sensation.
The pilots have chosen to remain anonymous and reported nothing to the FAA – at least according to The Sun’s reporting. Commentary on the video has been all over the place ranging from congratulatory euphoria to claims it’s all a hoax.
- “Great catch well done”
- “One possibility. The video of the object and then a quick view of the cockpit don’t seem to tally up. Quality is very different and, when resuming to the object, there seems to be a very clumsy edit. Could be a hoax?”
- “It’s a f*ckin traffic light at 39, 000 foot. C’ mon guys..?”
- “Interesting. The flight attendant who took the video was trying to film another aircraft, oncoming at a different altitude, when the lights were noticed. Didn’t B-2’s, when in development (aka: secret), shadow jetliners to test their stealth characteristics? e.g. Pilot has visual contact. Air traffic radar sees nothing.”
- “Reminds me of the”Phoenix Lights”. Glad,to see them,again.”
How about you, reader? Hoax? Real? Drone? Or is it aliens?
