Allegiant Air flight attendant Nicole Denison was arrested earlier this month after coming home to find her husband in bed with another woman and assaulting him.
The 29 year old Florida based flight attendant who works for Allegiant Air returned to her home in Safety Harbor Florida only to find her husband in bed with another woman. She didn’t take it well and proceeded to assault him leaving scratches and bruises and a black eye. In a fit of rage she also destroyed a guitar, smashing through it a wall.
The arrest report notes:
“Defendant also took an acoustic guitar and smashed it against the wall destroying the guitar and leaving a gaping hole in the all, and knocking the shelving down in the adjoining closet.“
She was charged with Domestic Battery according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s office and the report indicates the presence of “alcohol influence.”
According to Florida law domestic battery is classified as a first degree misdemeanor with penalties that may include one year in jail, 12 months probation and a $1,000 fine.
No word on the woman the husband was engaged in coitus with.
